Can I control the temperature?

The sauna comes with an intuitive LCD touch panel, allowing you to set your preferred temperature and session duration.
Can the infrared heater cause burns?
Infrared heat is gentle and heats the body directly without raising the surrounding air temperature to extreme levels, making it safer and more comfortable than traditional saunas.
However, it’s still important to follow recommended usage guidelines.
Always listen to your body, avoid overheating, and stay hydrated!
Just like a traditional sauna
The Sauna Pro is designed with a small air-gap at the base of the glass door, just like a traditional sauna. This gap is intentional and important for safe, consistent air circulation inside the cabin.
If you prefer to reduce heat escaping during your session, you can place a folded towel along the base of the door. This helps keep more warmth inside while still allowing the necessary airflow for safe operation.
How long should I stay in the sauna?
It's recommended to start with 10-20 minute sessions on a low heat and gradually increase the time and temperature as your body adjusts.

How often can I use the sauna?
For general wellness, you can use the sauna 3-4 times a week.

We recommend wiping down the interior after each use and occasionally wiping the exterior wood with damp cloth.
Avoid using any chemicals or cleaning product on the wood as this can leave stains and marks.
Can I install and use the sauna outside?
No, this has been designed to be an indoor sauna, so we recommend installing and using the sauna indoors only.
The wood is not treated for outdoor conditions, and the electrical components, including the power board, are not waterproof. For your safety, please keep the sauna indoors.

We offer a 'delivery and installation' service anywhere within the UK.
To choose installation, simply select the option in checkout. Installation will generally be within a 5-7 day window.
