I ordered my Lumi and within 2 working day it was delivered. I ordered the Recovery Max and it was easy to set up. I haven't yet mastered more than a few minutes but even just 1-2 minutes every few days has made an impact on my wellbeing.

I have now used my recovery pod every day for 12 weeks and I love it, its the best way to start my day, it gives me clarity and helps when i increase my mileage to stop my legs aching! its really easy to use and I love it!

I decided to dip my toe into Ice Baths with this Lumi product. I had seen it on social media and honestly had been going forward & back on buying it, I ordered one about a month ago and genuinely there is no looking back.
I am 6ft 3 and get myself into the water for 10-15 minutes, its the first thing i do when i wake up. I see it as my time to myself to relax but also a little espresso shot to help set myself up for the day.
The ice bath is well made, well supported, keeps the temperature reasonably cold & will provide adequate space for the majority of people (I am 6ft 3, 90Kg).

I bought a lumi recovery pod maybe a year ago and an all weather cover to go with it at time. I've done a handful of dips in it to date following the guild lines that come with it.

I come from a Wim Hof Method background of five years roughly on and off. Having experience of open water in skins, cold showers and cold walks the pod is a piece of cake; especially in the back garden. I find it a degree or three colder than a cold shower at 8°c without ice. I'm looking forward to adding ice in future; I've did a common ice bath years ago on a 4hr WHM workshop. It was a psychological break through at the time for me but profound in the moment.

At 6'2" and under 12st the pod is adequate enough for me. Although from time to time there are some amazing deals at lumi therapy I am happy with my pod (and it is portable)and balancing shift work, poor sleep patterns and two young children.

If I was to upgrade, I would pass on my pod to family or a friend.

Lumi therapy seems to be a great family to be part of and I have also built up my lumi accesories collection over time too knowing great times lay ahead.

One of the best purchases I have made in 2024! Cost per use is down to basically nothing, I use it everyday and mentally I am better for it! A massive unexpected form of showing up for myself and taking the time

The size is ideal as it gives you some wiggle room to settle into the ice bath after your initial dip and allow the room to do a full head dip on hair wash days

Cleaning and upkeep is more simple than cleaning a bath or shower with draining and washing it takes around 15 minutes to fully drain and 2 minutes max to wash and rinse

My only problem is I don’t have 2 for both my houses

I am genuinely surprised at how effective a well-designed product can make getting into an ice-bath each day. The Lumi pod has been designed to just work, and with the recent improvement to the UFO lid to keep rain off, as well as the reflective cover - I couldn’t be happier that they’re working to improve the product all the time.

Everyone I meet has to endure me telling them how much I love my Lumi, and I though I’m probably responsible for about 20 extra sales in 2024 alone!
