LUMI Limited Product Warranty

The LUMI Limited Product Warranty (‘Limited Warranty’) is offered to customers who purchase LUMI products directly from LUMI Therapy.

This warranty is applicable to the specific LUMI products listed below and ensures that they are free of defects in both materials and workmanship, granted they are used in accordance with the published guidelines during the specified warranty periods.

For any warranty issues, please reach out to us by phone or chat anytime. All Limited Warranty services must be authorised and performed by LUMI or a service provider authorised by LUMI.

LUMI Warranty Period

The LUMI Warranty Period will commence from the date of delivery. We recommend you open and check this product immediately on receipt for any faults or defects, and report any issues before your 30-day return period expires.

Any local consumer law rights for non-conforming products remain unaffected.

Please note that by using a LUMI product, each purchaser agrees to be bound by the Warranty as set here.

What a limited warranty does not cover

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Overinflation, underinflation or improper storage.
  • Degradation from sunlight/UV exposure or weather conditions.
  • Punctures or tears due to misuse or accidents (e.g. placing your ice bath on, or next to a sharp object).
  • Chiller unit issues caused by overly dirty or blocked filters (lack of maintenance).
  • Commercial use, if it's a consumer product.
  • Any product modifications (altering or repairing the product in any way).

In all instances, a fair usage and wear-and-tear policy applies.

Warranty details by product

Recovery Pod, MAX and Ultra
  • Recovery Pod/MAX/Ultra (body): 6 month limited warranty
  • Inflatable top ring: 30-day limited warranty

The warranty covers structural defects or leakages in the main body from the date of delivery. The inflatable top ring is only covered under a 30-day limited warranty.

Note: Due to supply and ongoing product development, replacement warranty items may differ slightly from the original product. In all instances, a fair usage and wear-and-tear policy applies.

Recovery Pod PRO
  • Pod PRO: 1 year limited warranty
  • Lid: 1 year limited warranty
Recovery PRO Barrel and Bath
  • PRO Barrel and Bath: 1 year limited warranty
  • Lid: 1 year limited warranty
Chiller Units
  • New chillers: 1 year limited warranty (parts and labour).
  • Refurbished chillers: 6 month limited warranty.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Important:

Regular filter maintenance is essential to the safe and reliable operation of your chiller unit. Failure to regularly replace and maintain clean, unblocked filters can restrict water flow and cause internal damage. Any faults, damage, or performance issues resulting from blocked, excessively dirty, or poorly maintained filters are not covered under warranty.

Where a fault is determined to be outside of warranty coverage — including but not limited to lack of maintenance, misuse, or normal wear and tear — postage, inspection, repair, replacement parts, and associated labour will be chargeable.

Warranty repair, shipping & returns:

For all valid warranty claims, LUMI will arrange and cover the cost of return collection and redelivery of the repaired or replacement unit.

For faults determined to be outside of warranty coverage, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. LUMI does not cover or reimburse any transport, collection, or delivery charges in these cases.

  • Sauna PRO: 1 year limited warranty.
  • Sauna MAX: 1 year limited warranty.
Massage Guns
  • Device: 1 year limited warranty
  • Battery and Attachments: 90-day limited warranty
Yoga Mats
  • All yoga mats: 30-day limited warranty
Clothing and accessories
  • All clothing: 30-day limited warranty
