The bath itself is amazing but the pump let it down

The bath came and was easy to set up however the pump broke within a couple of minutes making it a longer job than I expected having to makeshift the pump into one which eventually worked, even after all that I found it easier to just use my car pump instead

We love our new Lumi and chiller

We received our Lumi products as expected all were packaged well . We have upgraded to the pro and chiller as really during the warmer days a lot of ice was needed to get to temp . The chiller is working very well it’s too early to say how much it costs to run would be great if it had a timer on it so that when not being used for hours it could be turned off and restarted a few hours prior to using it . Maybe the app will have this choice but I have not found it yet . On the whole loving the Lumi products

Disappointing

I have to agree with the previous user.
The thermometer is poorly designed. Bobs about on its side and easily fogs up.
Would prefer a refund if possible

We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with its design and functionality there is a quick fix for this issue If the thermometer floats on its side/or is steaming up hold it upside down until the bubbles have stopped and then it will float perfectly. Not Great!

Unfortunately this product is a huge let down.
Firstly it only floats on its side rather tahn properly submerging with the top only out. Secondly it fogs up so you can't read it. For the money, not worth it at all.
