Stay on top of essential chiller maintenance with a LUMI filter subscription.

Regular filter replacement is an important part of maintaining water quality and supporting reliable chiller performance, and a subscription makes it easier to stay stocked up throughout the year.

Choose the option that works best for you:

• 3 pack of filters delivered every 3 months
  (pay £29.99 once every 3 months*).
• 6 pack of filters delivered every 6 months
  (pay £54.99 once every 6 months*).

We recommend changing your chiller water filter at least once every month, but this is dependant on how quickly the ice bath water gets dirt buildup.

PLEASE NOTE: Chiller unit issues caused by blocked or overly dirty filters are not covered under warranty.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Your subscription will run on a 12 month rolling term on the date of purchase, with a minimum commitment of 12 months.

Subscription changes are managed through the customer portal, accessed from your LUMI customer account page.

You can:

• Edit your subscription details.
• Cancel your subscription.

Dependant on which subscription option you have chosen, every 3 or 6 months you will recieve an email regarding your subscription and when your next filter delivery is being processed.

RECURRING ORDERS

* Recurring orders in your subscription do not include shipping, tax or duty costs. Your subscription does not automatically include discounts.

CANCELLATION POLICY

After your first term (12 months), you can contact us or cancel your subscription through your customer portal from your LUMI account page.

Cancellation will be available after:

• 3 month option
  A total of 4 orders have been processed (initial order, then 3 recurring orders).
• 6 month option
  A total of 2 orders have been processed (initial order, then 1 recurring orders).
