Received the item on time as part of a larger order. Unfortunately the pump required an extra part to be used so I started the return process.
Sent the goods back and 3 weeks later after Lumi received the goods back I can see that the refund has still not been processed. The goods are showing as not even being reviewed since received back weeks ago. I have contacted customer support a number of times but still waiting for any progress. As time goes on, I am losing hope of any refund or progress on this. The overall order requiring a refund was for 3 items and so not a small amount of money either.
